Honor one who is bravely fighting cancer right now. Give thanks for one who has beaten cancer into remission. Thank the medical professionals who cared for a loved one. Memorialize one who lost the battle. Pre-sales of personalized luminarias will allow cancer warriors of all types to add one to the display in honor or in memory of one who has fought in the battle. A single luminaria will cost $25; multiples are $20 each.
Purchasers are invited to invited to come to Dale’s Essenhaus in Walburg on November 23 to eat, dance, and see the display of luminaries at the Glimmer of Hope Benefit. After the benefit, you can take your luminaria home, or allow Driving Hope to keep it for use in future displays.
BBQ plates with sides are $25 and are also available to-go. Wear boots, as the benefit will also feature Country and Western music for dancing. Shoppers will still have the chance to pick up Christmas gifts, as both live and silent auctions will feature many unique items.
